My experience trying to swaddle Campbell had not been going too smoothly. It was like a foreign language to me. The nurses in the hospital made it look so easy. Too easy. I tried and tried once we were home, but she would always find her way out of a receiving blanket. After seven long weeks of being sleep deprived, I decided to pull out the "swaddling for dummies" blanket my mom had purchased for us. Don't ask me why I waited so long. Once we started using this blanket, Campbell went from sleeping 2-3 hours at a time, to sleeping through the night! If you are ever searching for the perfect baby gift; buy this!
